Three rooms are available to hire in our new purpose built Alexander Technique centre. Although designed predominantly for teaching the Alexander Technique, the spaces are very versatile and other uses can be accommodated. The large room would be suitable for group classes and the two smaller rooms for small groups or one-to-one work.
All three rooms have natural light and access to fresh air, wooden floors with underfloor heating and are all on the ground floor with doors that can be opened onto the Boulevard. There is a large reception area with coat storage, desk space, free Wi-Fi and a kitchenette designed for quick tea breaks. The desk space can also be hired separately. There is step free access and disable facilities. A small whiteboard on its own stand is available. A projector and overhead projector is available for hire.
There is a cafe opposite the centre, and a pub and restaurant just a few feet away, both of which overlooks the Thames.
The rooms are available for hire from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm for 7 days per week and 365 days per year. Prices vary by room, day, time and number of people.
The Alexander Technique centre is run by a charitable trust, the Walter Carrington Educational Trust.
