Prices vary by room, day, time and number of people. Price examples of one-off hire:

FM room on a Saturday, all day, for 12+ people: starting from £165.00 (incl. VAT).
Dilys room on a Saturday, all day: starting from £90.00 (incl. VAT).

Regular hire are available for one or more sessions.
Morning session: 7 am – 1 pm
Afternoon session: 1 pm – 5:30 pm
Evening session: 5:30 pm – 10 pm

Price example: Walter room for one session per week, paid monthly: £152.00 per month (incl. VAT).

Cancellation charges

• Less than 48 hours notice = 100% of hire fee
  48 hours – 1 week notice = 50% of hire fee
  Three weeks –1 week notice = 25% of hire fee.
  If more than three weeks notice is given there is no charge.
